  15.  1. INTRODUCTION
  16.  
  17.  The CTFax is a network fax service system for Windows NT and Windows 95.
  18.  The system supports concurrent sending and receiving of multiple fax 
  19.  documents utilizing one or more fax modems attached to the CTFax Server.
  20.  The server runs only on Microsoft Windows NT.
  21.  
  22.  CTFax client can send a fax from any windows application by printing
  23.  document to the CTFax Printer. Note that CTFax Client does not need 
  24.  modem of any kind at their site.
  25.  
  26.  Using provided CTFax Manager application, admininstrators control 
  27.  and configure the CTFax system for users on the system. The same 
  28.  application, CTFax Manager is used by users to view their personal 
  29.  folders, received and sent faxes, history journals and address books.

  31.  Please note: 'Cromerica CTFax Shareware' allows ONLY ONE MODEM!

  34.  2. KNOWN BUGS AND ISSUES
  35.  
  36.  2.1 Upgrading from prerelease (Beta) versions of CTFax.
  37.  
  38.  Please note that many formats of data structures have been changed,
  39.  since the prereleased software you might have.
  40.  Installing over the prereleased versions may result in loss of data.

  43.  2.2 In order for changes to Denied Access Book to take effect you
  44.  need to restart CTFax Service.
  45.

  47.  2.3 Windows 95 Installation fails on installing CTFax Printer twice.
  48.  
  49.  The Windows 95 Install fails with Error Message: Copying CTFAXMON.DLL,
  50.  if CTFax installation is attempted twice, even after user deletes the
  51.  CTFax Printer from Printer Control Panel.
  52.  
  53.  Explanation: The Windows 95 Spooler exits, and this prevents install
  54.  from continuing, and printing until the system is not restarted.
  55.  
  56.  Solution: Restart Windows 95 and try again.

  59.  3. MODEM COMPATIBILITY
  60.  
  61.  Cromerica CTFax is compatible with most Class 2 and Class 2.0 fax modems.
  62.  Please note Class 1 fax modems are not supported at this time.
